Follow the manufacturer's instructions to load the operating system and software onto

the host. Load all OS patches and conﬁguration utilities supported by HP and the HBA

manufacturer.

HP supplies driver, ﬁrmware, and BIOS downloads for commonly available HBAs. These

downloads contain HBA settings that are tested and approved by HP. To obtain a
