2.2. 【Err】: Incline can not reach the right position, incline function can not be use but other
functions are normal to use.
※If this is a all new product that just finished assemble, there are more possibly in assemble
problems, maybe connect wire not well or wire damaged while assemble.
Determine & Solution:
Show Err
Turn off the power and wait for 10
seconds then turn on the power.
Pull out the safety key, press「Stop」
+「Up」to enter the engineer mode,
displays【MANUAL INC XXX】
(XXX=Incline parameter)
Did the incline moved while press
incline up or down key?
Yes
Did the incline moved and the incline
parameter change while press incline up
or down key? (The parameter range
from lowest to highest position is
15~195, please check this range value
is adjustable)
Yes
Incline motor is good,
press STOP back to idle.
Remark A: Before install a new incline motor or VR, be sure the incline motor or VR in the incline
level 0.

Wait for cool down then back
to execute from step A.
If not work after cool down, to
execute from step B.

replace the incline motor or
internal variable resistor (VR).
