B1. connecting to the telephone

Connect power adaptor to the Power Adaptor

Jack (H), then connect to any power-socket.

(Make sure the voltage specified on the adaptor

corresponds to your local electrical power supply

specifications).

If you will use the wireless headset for VoIP chat or

other computer applications, connect Audio Cable

(Z) to the PC Audio Jack (J). The two 3.5mm audio

plugs on the other end goes into your PC sound

card. (Black for speaker, Red for microphone).

Unplug the handset from your telephone base,

and plug the handset into the Handset

Connector (N).

Connect one end of the Modular Cable (X) to

the Telephone Connector (M) under the base

station, the other end of the Modular Cable (Y)

goes into the handset jack under your

telephone unit (where it used to connect to

the telephone handset).

B3. installing and charging the wireless headset

Place the wireless headset into the base station

as illustrated. Turn the headset on by switching

the Headset Power Switch (2) to the left.

The base station acts not only as a headset

holder and signal transmitter, but also a power

charger. The battery will be charged by simply

placing the headset in the base station.

The battery requires a minimum of 4 hours

charging before use.

Indicator (D) will light up during charging. The

charging status is shown by the color of the

indicator. Constant green color means fully

charged, amber flashing means the battery is still charging, and red means the

battery power is low. When the headset is running out of battery, it will beep

every 10 seconds.

(For any problem with troubleshooting or replacing battery, turn to p.13)

When you first switch on the wireless headset, it

will automatically synchronize with its base

station. This is indicated by the online indicator

on both the headset and the base station flashing

for several seconds. Both indicators will switch

off once the process is completed.

If the base station online indicator does not stop

flashing, please repeat this entire synchronization

by turning the headset power off.
