Preparation

Trigger converter box is connected and configured.
✓
Active driver is connected and plastic tubing is positioned correctly.
✓
Spine coil is positioned on the patient table.

Place the belt for securing the passive driver directly on the patient
table in the approximate position of the liver.

Guide the plastic tubing from the active driver through the back of
the magnet and along the magnet tunnel.

Position the patient head first supine on the table with the middle
of the belt at the position of the liver.

Attach the tubing of the passive driver to the tubing of the active
driver.

Position the passive driver on the patient and make sure that the
passive driver rests well on the patient and has sufficient contact.
If this is not possible anteriorly, move the passive driver to a lateral
right position, which is still at the xiphoid level.

Secure the belt around the patient to hold the passive driver in
position.
The belt should be as tight as possible without causing
discomfort or breathing difficulty for the patient.

Position the Body 18 on the patient, aligning with the center of the
passive driver, and connect the coil to socket 1 or 2.
