The TX-Box is configured as a DHCP Client by default. Therefore, when booting for the first
time, if no DHCP server is connected yet to the network, a message asking if you want to
switch de TxBox to a DHCP Server will be displayed.
It is worth notice that this message will be displayed if nothing is connected to the
ethernet port behing the TX-Box as well (switch or an AccessPoint).
DHCP Server : The DHCP server attributes an IP address to every device requesting one on
the network.
DHCP Client : The IP address will be delivered by the DHCP server.
Switching from a DHCP client configuration to a server one can be done in the
corresponding network configuration menu (see TxBox user guide for more details).
ATTENTION : Having two DHCP servers on the same network will provoke IP address
conflicts and the Digitear system will not operate properly.
