Printing and Copying Problems

Make sure your original is positioned against the upper left corner of the glass.
If the edges are cropped, move your original away from the edges slightly.

Make sure the correct paper source is selected (rear sheet feeder or front paper
cassette) before you print.

Solving Problems
Problem and solution
A photo you're printing from a connected camera or other
device has a problem. Check your device and the photo
you're trying to print.
The memory card is not inserted correctly (see page 18) or
there is a problem with the card. Remove it and check the
card.
The memory card is not inserted correctly (see page 18), or
another device is not connected correctly, or there is a
problem with the card or media in the device. Remove the
card or device and check it.
Insert a new memory card (see page 18) or another storage
medium (see the User's Guide) and try again.
Check your Bluetooth device documentation.
Backup was cancelled due to a backup problem. Note the
error code and contact Epson for help (see page 41).
Try formatting or saving again. If the error recurs, there may
be a problem with your memory card or storage medium.
Check the card or other media and try again.
Turn the RX680 Series off and back on and try cleaning the
print head again. If the error recurs, contact Epson for help
(see page 41).
