Removing and Replacing the Speaker

Remove the battery cover, battery, rear housing, and circuit board as described
in the procedures.
2.
Use the disassembly tool or plastic tweezers to release the speaker from the
front housing as shown in Figure 11. The speaker should come away easily.

To replace, align the speaker with its socket with the speaker contacts facing
as shown.
4.
Gently press the speaker into place.
5.
Replace the transceiver PC board, rear housing, battery, and battery cover as
described in the procedures.
