5. Remove the entire blower / motor assembly from the furnace. Set it aside.

On highboy models, pull forward and slide the blower out of the furnace.

! On lowboy models, lift-up slightly and pull the blower out of the rear of

the furnace.

o On horizontal / counterflow models, lift and pull the blower out of the

furnace.
