F RECORDING WITH VCR/TAPE 1

4. Select the source you want to record from with the input

selector buttons.

When recording AM or FM broadcasts, select a preset station

using the multi-jog. If the desired station has not been preset,

tune In the station.

Start recording on the cassette deck.

Play the desired program source (record, compact disc,

ete.).

The volume, balance, and tone controis have no effect on

the recording.

When copying a tape, play back on the VCR/TAPE 1 cassette deck,

and record on the TAPE 2 cassette deck.

Tape monitoring

When recording is performed on a cassette deck equipped with

a monitoring function, the recorded sound can be monitored

through the speaker system by pressing the TAPE 2 MONITOR

button to ON.

VIDEO RECORDING:

Select the source you want to record from with the input

selector buttons,

@ When recording from a LaserDise or a digital video disc

to VCR-LD/DVD

® When recording from the TV (Digital satellite system) tuner

to VCR-+SAT/TV

2. Start recording on the VCR.

For VCR, select a line input (external input)

3. Start playback on the component selected with the input

selector.

The volume, balance, and tone controls have no effect on

the recording.

You can easily perform LD/DVD-to-VCR dubbing using GUI. (LD/
