Vocal scoring system
{only for discs with @@/mumaubio or digital and MULTI AUDIO mark. This function cannot be carried out with dises whose
analog audio is stereo sound or on which no vocals are recorded.)
Your karaoke song is scored compared with vocals recorded
on the disc. When you finish to sing karaoke, press PAUSE
(i). The score is displayed and then the bells are rung and
cheers are heard according to the score.
1 Setthe NORMAL/KARAOKE/AUX INPUT selector
to the KARAOKE position.

score displayed on the screen is reset.

During selecting the chapter or displaying the score, PAUSE (tt),
PLAY (em), SKIP (<¢<4, BB) and SCAN (<t<4, me} do not function.

The following functions are not performed in scoring mode.
Repeat, Surround, Programming, Clear Scan, Time display on the
screen, Audio mode, Channel mode
e scone mode cannot be carried out with CD, CDV or Video single

Scoring mode cannot be carried out with discs bearing the "MULTI
AUDIO" mark.

Depending onthe karaoke disc, the player
may not precisely check
the vocals even an the disc bearing the "MULTI AUDIO" mark. in
this case, the player cannot score properly your karaoke play. This
is not a malfunction.

With karaoke discs bearing the 'MULTI AUDIO" mark and having
no digital audio, the vocals recorded on the disc are not decreased
even when the BALANCE
control is turned to the VOCAL position.
