Print features
Building on the impressive copy performance is a
versatile array of print features, highlighted by:
• A utomatic two-sided printing – print two-
sided documents for increased paper savings.
• S ecure/delay print – print jobs are held in
memory until a PIN code is entered at the
front panel.
• S ample set – allows users to proof a sample
document before printing the entire job.
• B ooklet creation – formats and organizes
electronic documents for printing as hard-
copy booklets.
• N -up – saves paper by printing multiple pages
onto a single sheet.
• Watermarks – adds labels such as "Draft,"
"Confi dential," or customized messages to
printed documents.
• S tore and recall driver settings – stores
settings for complex, commonly executed
print jobs.
• P rint from USB memory device – print
fi les directly from any standard USB memory
device.
• T ransparency separators – inserts blank
or printed plain paper between printed
transparencies.
• C olor By Words – takes the guesswork out of
optimizing color print jobs. Simply select the
desired color modifi cations from a drop-down
list – such as "yellow colors a lot more yellow"
or "red colors a lot more red" – and the image
is automatically adjusted.
Fax features
The ColorQube 9301/9302/9303 multifunction
printer includes fax capabilities that help further
consolidate offi ce functions. This full-featured
fax solution combined with the concurrency of
the ColorQube 9300 series multifunction printer
means an end to supporting a dedicated fax
machine.
Standard fax features include:
• I nternet Fax – sends faxes to any remote
internet fax terminal, including another
ColorQube 9300 series device. Internet Fax
takes advantage of your existing network
and integrates easily with your email server,
eliminating costly long-distance charges. You
can receive and print documents sent from
any compliant Internet Fax device or email
client, allowing more effective use of assets
and reducing the number of devices on your
network.
• N etwork Server Fax enablement – gives
you an integrated solution that maximizes
your network fax investment. It's as easy
as walk-up copying. Maintain central
management and control of your fax server
while providing versatile walk-up fax input
and output options at your ColorQube 9300
series, including two-sided scanning and
printing, stapling, and even secure printing
of your fax documents. There is no need
for a separate telephone line, and there are
fewer devices and supplies to maintain. Visit

Optional fax features:
• W alk-up fax – traditional 33.6 Kbps
phone-line faxing via front panel with
one- and two-line options.
• Fax Forward to Email or SMB – allows faxes
