* OFFSET (Automatic temperature compensation) - Manual correction is not
possible
Continuous usage of the DISKLAVIER MK III raises the temperature of the solenoids.
Since the playback function of the solenoids (in particular, playback of very soft notes)
degrades as the temperature increases, playback data is automatically compensated
(when it is decreased, the data reverts to its original values).
The initial value is 00, and compensation should be carried out with increments/decre-
ments of 1. Therefore, keyboard minimum pressure adjustment should be done with a
value of 00.
The value reverts to initial (00) after every testing of [5. Keyboard measurement]
* Playback data minimum value - ppp=XX
Adjust the possible minimum pressure playback data (Velocity) to stabilize and make
the minimum pressure notes even.
Initial value of each key is the value which is measured by [5. Keyboard measure-
ment].
The minimum value (lowest) is 03, and adjustment is done in increments/decrements
of 1.
These data are re-written each time [5. Keyboard measurement] has been performed.
* Measured velocity - VEL=XXX (on full-function models only)
Velocity against playback data (velocity), measured by sensor.
In terms of piano characteristics, it is OK if velocity is less than 040 at minimum pres-
sure.
