From the Home screen, press the

Enter in the name of the folder and click Add.
Moving icons
Organize your icons into folders or move them to a different
location on your Home screen that's convenient for you.

Scroll to the icon you would like to move and press the

If you choose Move, you will notice the icon is highlighted.
Move the icon to the desired location and click the trackpad.
