INSIDE OF OVEN

This must be cleaned every time it is

used.

Remove and refit the side runner frames

as described on the next chapter.

With the oven warm, wipe the inside

walls with a cloth soaked in very hot

soapy water or another suitable product.

The bottom of the oven, side runner fra-

mes, tray and rack can be removed and

washed in the sink.

ASSEMBLY AND DISMANTLING OF

THE SIDE RUNNER FRAMES

– Fit the side runner frames into the

holes on the side walls inside the

oven (Fig. 12.5).

– Slide the tray and rack into the run-

ners as shown in Fig. 12.6.

– To dismantle, operate in reverse

order.

Pour nettoyer l'intérieur du four enlever et

remonter les glissières latérales en opé-

rant comme décrit ci-dessous.

A four tiède, passer sur les parois inté-

rieures un tissu trempé d'eau savonneuse

très chaude ou d'un autre produit appro-

prié.

Le fond du four, les glissières latérales, le

lèchefrites et la grille, peuvent être lavées

dans l'évier après les avoir retirées de

leur place.

MONTAGE ET DEMONTAGE DES

CHASSIS LATERAUX

– Accrocher les chassis latéraux aux

trous des parois latérales de l'inté-

rieur du four (Fig. 12.5).

– Enfiler au milieu des glissières des

chassis latéraux le lèchefrite et la gril-

le comme fig. 12.6.

– Pour le démontage opérer inverse-

ment.
