In BlackBerry Enterprise Server versions earlier than 4.1 SP4, if a a CAL_ERROR_PAGER_RESET error caused synchronization

process to stop, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server did not automatically re-initiate the synchronization process. The

synchronization process had to be restarted manually.

In BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP5 and later, this issue is resolved.
