WLANs can be operated in most European Union countries without restrictions. However, some countries have restrictions
on the use of WLANs outdoors. This product has a WLAN power output that is greater than 10 mW and may not be used
outdoors in France. For 2.4-GHz wireless LAN operation of this product, certain restrictions apply. This equipment may
use the entire-2400-MHz to 2483.5-MHz frequency band (channels 1 through 13) for indoor applications. In France,
outdoor operation of a wireless device is only permitted using the 2.4 to 2.454 GHz frequency band. For the latest
requirements, see http://www.art-telecom.fr . Your tablet operates only in infrastructure mode and as a result, will not
transmit in the 2.4 to 2.454 GHz frequency band other than to communicate with a wireless access point.
Your tablet supports IEEE 802.11a and information for the implementation of the 5 GHz frequency band can be found in
the Official Journal of the European Union Commission Decision of 12 February 2007 wherein it states that in the
frequency band 5.150 to 5.350 GHz, Wireless Access Systems (WAS), including Radio Local Area Networks (RLANs),
