CLEANING THE DUST BIN

WARNING
Always unplug the appliance from the wall socket before removing the dust bin or cleaning the filters.
1. Press the knob on the dust bin handle.
2. Lift the dust bin up and out as shown in figure 1.
3. Press the knob on the lower end of the dust bin to open
the bottom cover as shown in figure 2. Empty the dirt.

REMOVING THE HEPA PRE-MOTOR FILTER

1. Remove the dust bin from the vacuum cleaner.
2. Press the knob on the dust bin handle.
3. Lift up the dust bin up and out.
4. Lift up the dust bin upper cover button.
5. Open the dust bin upper cover.
6. Remove the filter located behind the bin to clean or
change it. The HEPA pre-motor filter comes in two parts.
Follow the cleaning instructions on page 9 to clean the
filters.
NOTE: Pay attention to where each part of the filter is situated in the dust bin so you can replace both parts
correctly.

4. Twist the dust cup and dust bin cover to open
it as shown in figure 3.
5. Clean the plastic parts of the dust bin with a
damp soft cloth if necessary. Wait until fully dry
to reassemble the vacuum cleaner.
