Inserting batteries
The laser pointer operates on 2 type LR03 (AAA) batteries. We recommend using alkaline batteries.
• Remove the screw cap and insert the batteries with the plus (+) pole pointing outwards.
• Screw the cap back on.
Use
Push and hold in the grey ON/OFF button to switch on the laser pointer, release the button to switch off
the laser pointer.
Warning!
• This laser pointer is not a toy! Keep it out of children's reach. Not appropriate for children less than
18 years old.
• Always be careful when the laser pointer is switched on. Do not look directly into
the beam, the laser can damage your eyes!
• Do not point the beam at your own, other peoples or even animals' eyes.
• Be careful when pointing the laser beam at reflective surfaces, the beam might
reflect back towards your eyes.
• The laser pointer must not be dismantled or altered; it could result in your being exposed to harmful
laser emissions.
Care and maintenance
• If the laser pointer does not work, check the polarity of the batteries. Store the pointer in such a way
as to ensure that is does not switch on by accident (the button might be pushed in if the laser is kept
in a pocket or handbag).
• Avoid exposing the laser pointer to water, dust, heat or direct sunlight. As with all electronic
equipment, it should be handled with care and protected from blows and vibration.
• Remember that the laser pointer can cause serious injury if used incorrectly!
