Radio Connectors

Disconnect 16-pin plug from radio and connect to male 16-pin

connector (See Fig. 5) on adapter harness

Connect 16-pin plug from adapter harness (See Fig. 6) to 16-pin

connector on radio vacated in step 6 (See Fig. 4)

Carefully route audio jack (See Fig. 7) to a location on dash or nearby

panel where it will be mounted (within 4 ft.) Mounting location may vary

based on vehicle and customer's preference.

Audio Jack

Dash or panel must be 1/8" thick or less for jack shaft to

protrude and engage with nut. (If necessary, use Dremel

or sander to thin panel). Mounting jack to dash is not

required for operation but doing so makes for a stock

appearance and convenient to plug/unplug audio device.

To secure jack to dash, drill a 1/4" hole (See Fig.8)
