1. The Cube Tracker cannot be used without installing and running the CUBE

Tracker App on your phone.

2. Keep it dry and away from moisture and corrosive material.

3. Do not disassemble this product or attempt to repair or modify it in any way.

4. CHOKING HAZARD-Cubes are not toys, please keep out of reach of young

children.

5. All products have gone through a thorough quality assurance inspection.

6. Always return used batteries to your local battery-recycling center.

CUBE Hardware Limited Warranty

Cube warrants that your Cube hardware product ("the Product") will be free

from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the

date of purchase to the original retail purchaser ("the Warranty Period"). If a

defect in the Product arises within the Warranty Period, Cube will, at its sole

option and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair or replace it with a new or

refurbished product or component; or (b) refund the original purchase price

upon return of the defective Product. This Warranty does not apply to Products

you purchase from unauthorized resellers, or where the instructions for use and

activation of the Product are not complied with or where the Product is damaged

as a result of abuse, accident modification or other causes beyond our

reasonable control.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A

PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED TO THE

DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR

IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED. Some

jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last, so

the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal

rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CUBE BE LIABLE

DATA

REVENUE,

FOR

SPECIAL,

INDIRECT,

CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED

REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO

THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF CUBE HAS BEEN

ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL CUBE'S

LIABILITY EXCEEN THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.

The foregoing limitations will apply even if any warranty or remedy provided

under this Agreement fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not

allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the

above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
