Fail to turn on

Is there enough water in the tank?

Add water to the tank.

Is the power cord connected properly?
Disconnected, check cables and re-connect
carefully.
No mist or
•
Not enough water or too much water?
abnormal mist
Add water to the tank but not fill over 300ML
max line.
•
Dirt on the ultrasonic atomizer?
Please refer to maintenance instructions to
clean the model.
•
Too much dirt on the air intake?
Please use the brush to clean the air intake part.
There are

Does the water from water shield block air
colorful lights
outlet?
but no mist
Please turn off the unit , then reinstall the water
