Troubleshooting
The screen will not move:
Check
Is the power cord connected?
Is screen at top position?
Is screen at absolute bottom position?
If RS-232 is used:
A number of failures (i.e. screen
overload) will automatically disable the
controller.
Are IR remote batteries installed?
Is there visible contact to infrared
sensor?
Still not working?
The screen stops in the wrong position:
Check
If RS-232 is used:
Lower screen to bottom set position.
If bottom position is incorrect a new
bottom set is required.
Lift screen to top position.
If top point is incorrect, re-calibration is
required.
Disconnect and reconnect power.
Still not working?
Solution
Plug into screen and wall socket.
Screen cannot move beyond top position.
Move down.
Screen has limited drop from top of screen
to roller and cannot move beyond this.
Move up.
Contact installer.
1) Disconnect and re-connect power.
2) Follow section E of this manual.
Install batteries.
Re-position sensor or move any
obstructions.
Contact place of purchase.

Contact installer.

until screen is in correct
position. Press
position as bottom set.
Press
Disconnect and re-connect power in order
for screen to auto-calibrate.
The screen re-calibrates and retracts. See
section E on powering up.
