ACQUABELLA BATHTUB REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
It is possible to repair the colour of an AKRON bathtub of Acquabella if for some reason its surface has been damaged by improper use.
In these cases you can request a repair kit remenber to specify the correct texture and colour of the panel torepair . The kit consists of
two containers , A and B.
Procedure to repair a bathtub:
1.
Clean the surface of the panel very well. Water meths or acetone diluted can be applied with a lint-free cloth.
2.
The surface must be completely clean and dry
3.
Secure with masking tape or similar susceptible areas (tiles , screens , etc.)
4.
Open the can and the bottle.
5.
Put the coloured lacquer and catalyst with the small plastic container (that its part of the kit) and mix .
6.
Use a little roller to paint 8 or 10 cm. good quality , long strokes always in the same direction , repeating when if necessary. It is
important not release remains.
7.
Depending on the state of the area to restore , you may need to apply several coats of paint. Allow this to dry for at least 40
minutes before applying the next coat
8.
Let it dry for 48 hours before removing the masking tape protection.

1.
Transport the bathtub only inside the package , and avoid excessive loads . Do not place in an upright position.
2.

The installation must be performed only by authorized specialist technician.
4.
Always check before installing the bathtub.
5.
Protect the bathtub till the work is finished
6.
Always protect the surfaces of the bathtub, tiles, wall tiles, during installation of the bathtub.
7.
Manufacturer instructions must be followed to install the drain.
8.
Avoid any kind of dirt, soiling specifically left over waste material.
9.
The walls where the replacement panel sits must be clean, dry and free from grease .
10.
In order to ensure proper installation phases of work must be done within the working times .
