Troubleshooting

Ethernet Connection:

If you are experiencing a loss of Ethernet connection between the DSS200 and the

CAT862 card, you should try and replace the short cable on the outside of the DSS200

first. (Use only HIGH QUALITY Cat 6 or Cat5e cable)

If that does not correct the problem you may wish to replace the Ethernet cable inside

the DSS200.
