Please, for your own convenience, make these simple checks before

calling the service line

Has the unit been standing upright? (for at least 2 hrs)

Is the unit plugged into the mains? Is the fuse OK?

Switch the unit on and wait three minutes to see if the issue is

resolved.

Check whether the water tank is full.
