C. Operating instructions

1. Connect the equipment for your application to the outgoing 1/4" male fitting at

the front of the cylinder head, To keep the connecting fitting from leaking air

you should always apply teflon tape to the thread of the fitting.

2. Connect the compressor to a protected power supply line with the same

voltage as specified on the product label.

3. Adjust the outlet air pressure operating on the pressure re

ducer.(see fig).

4. Compressor running is controlled automatically by a pres

sure switch, referring to the pressure in the outlet. Avoid

using the compressor for a continuosly working time lon

ger than 10 min and make the compressor have a 15 min

rest every 10min working cycle. Motor is equipped with a thermal protector

with automatic reset.

D. Compressor maintenance

1. Clean the compressor after every use.

2. After every use, drain the water collected in the

pressure reducer bowl, pressing upwards the valve

placed on the bottom side of the cup (outlet must be

pressurized)

3. Once every three months, clean the filter of the

pressure reducer by blowing with compressed air

(see fig.)

E. Warranty

1. The compressor is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty covers the free replacement of parts recognised as defective by the

manufacturer except the electric parts and consumables

3. Warranty automatically ceases in case of tampering and bad usage.

4. Warranty does not include transport and labour costs.
