2. Warranty Administration Reduction Program (WARP)
Dealers purchasing a Color imageRUNNER C2620/C3220 will receive
WARP credit during the month following their purchase. The credit
covers the dealer's cost for defective parts with a dealer cost under
$300 replaced during the term of the end-user warranty. Defective parts
having a dealer cost over $300 that are replaced during the term of the
end-user warranty should be returned along with all applicable
documentation to Canon USA for processing.
To request parts reimbursement credit, complete the e-Tag warranty
claim that can be found in the warranty section of the Canon USA's e-
Support Center. Print out the e-Tag form and submit it to the address
provided, along with the defective part(s), and a copy of the machine's
service history log.
Refer to the Warranty terms and conditions in the
Service Guide for complete warranty coverage detail.
Your Regional Service Office personnel can answer questions on the
WARP program.
E. Parts Support Program
Canon USA will provide a replacement dongle on an exchange basis for a
period of nine (9) months. This includes the ninety (90) day warranty period
and the six (6) months following.
To obtain parts under the Parts Support program, follow these steps:
1. Contact the TSC (1-800-528-2830) for assistance to diagnose a defective
dongle. The Dealer must be prepared to provide the TSC the dongle serial
number, version of software, and a history of issues with that dongle. In
the event the dongle is determined to be defective, the TSC will issue a
ticket number for a replacement dongle. Obtain a ticket number for the
defective part.
2. Go to the e-Support website (http://www.support.cusa.canon.com)
navigate to the Warranty Programs Information Center and locate the
Consignment Part order form.
3. Complete the Consignment Part order form and submit (fax) the claim.
4. Once the claim is submitted, the Warranty Control Section will ship a
replacement dongle packaged with the Original Order Form and a Return
Address Label. The Original Order Form must accompany the returned
dongle.
The defective dongle must be returned within ten (10) business days otherwise
your dealership will be charged for a new Clustering Kit software package.
5. The Parts Support Program includes standard shipping at no cost to the
dealership. Any requested upgrade in delivery service will be charged to
your dealership.
There will be no dongle support after the nine (9) month Parts Support
Program has expired. The dongle is not available as a service part; a new
Clustering Kit software package must be purchased.
