Warranty: Primal Vantage Company Inc., warrants that the goods described in this warranty are free from physical defects in

workmanship and materials for a period of one-year from the date of purchase.

Repair Procedure, exclusive Remedy: FOR BREACH OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT, THE

CONSUMER IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING DAMAGES: Primal Vantage Company Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace

products or parts not conforming to this limited warranty at no charge. THIS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY

AVAILABLE FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY WITH RESPECT TO PRIMAL

VANTAGE COMPANY INC. If you find a product to be defective, contact Primal Vantage Company Inc. at

www.treestandcustomerservice.com or 685 Rt. 10 East, Randolph, NJ 07869. When you receive a return authorization,

return the product as directed, including proof of purchase and purchase date, at your expense and risk.

PRIMAL VANTAGE COMPANY INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING

FROM BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.

NOTE: SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,

SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Description of goods: This warranty covers the products contained herein and each of its component parts.

Limitations: (a) THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MODIFIED OR HAS BEEN

DAMAGED BY IMPROPER OR ABNORMAL USE OR BY ACCIDENT; if the product is altered or modified in any way other

than those directed by official instructions; or if any attempt is made to repair the product without prior authorization; (b) As the

use of this product is dependent upon conditions and factors beyond the manufacturer's control, it is solely the purchaser's

responsibility to determine the suitability of this product for any particular application and in light of prevailing conditions.

These products are intended solely for hunting. THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT SUITABLE AND ARE NOT INTENDED OR

AUTHORIZED FOR USE IN ANY CONDITIONS OR SITUATIONS THAT MIGHT BE HAZARDOUS.

Term: The term of this limited warranty begins on the date the product is purchased by the consumer, and continues for a

period of one-year. THE TERM OF THIS WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE TO ALL EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED

HEREIN AND ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH MAY EXIST AS A MATTER OF LAW

INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A

PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

General: (a) this agreement is the entire agreement between you and Primal Vantage Company Inc. and supersedes any prior

or different agreements, representations, or proposals and may be changed only by written agreement with Primal

Vantage Company Inc.; (b) Waiver by any party of any default or breach of this agreement will not constitute a waiver of

any subsequent default or breach of the same or different kind; (c) The invalidity of any provision of this warranty shall

not effect the validity of the other provisions hereof.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
