9. TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom
Operator does not run
Remote control does not run
Remote control actuation distance is too
small
Chain moves but the door does not move
Noise when operator runs
Noise during chain operation, sagging
chain
The door has suddenly stopped, «F»
indicator is on
When giving a controlling command there
are two beeps, the door does not move,
the display blinks «P»
The door has suddenly stopped, «С»
indicator is on
The program does not exit the setting of
the door lower position
The door has suddenly stopped, «E»
indicator is on
When giving a controlling command there

the display blinks «S»
NOTE: In the process of door movement «L» indicator is on meaning the door synchronization microswitch (reference point
microswitch) was actuated. This indicator does not mean the operator failed.

Possible reason
No power supply / Blown fuse
Remote control isn't recorded in the receiver
memory / Remote control battery has discharged
Remote control battery has discharged / Interfering
signal
Carriage is disengaged / Carriage isn't hooked with
chain support
Chain is not properly lubricated
Long operation of non-lubricated chain
The door ran into an obstacle
Safety devices were actuated
Insufficient supply voltage
The reference point fails during programming
Encoder signal is missing
Open wicket sensor was actuated
TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible solution
Turn power on / Change the fuse
Record the remote control / Change the battery
Change the battery /Remove the interfering signal
Engage the carriage / Hook it with chain support
Lubricate the chain
Tighten the chain using the chain-tensioning screw,
lubricate the chain
Remove the obstacle / Check door mechan-
ics / Change pulse sensor
Free the opening from obstacles / Check the opera-
tion of safety devices
Verify the power supply corresponds to the declared
characteristics
Eliminate the cause of the reference point failure
Contact the service center
If there is no open wicket sensor, check for a jumper
in the GND — STOP terminal
