Product Overview
The Canon imageFORMULA ScanFront 330 is a compact, secure network
scanner with a customizable Web Application mode. Scanned image data can
be transferred to a shared folder on a server PC or client PC on the same
network as the scanner, sent to a printer for printing, or delivered to a remote
location via e-mail or Internet fax service
also brings the following capabilities to ISVs (Independent Software Vendors):
Scans in color, grayscale, and B&W (black-and-white) in speeds of up to 30
ppm (pages-per-minute) using 1-sided LTR (letter-sized) paper, and up to 60
ipm (images per minute) using 2-sided LTR paper at a resolution of 200 x 200
dpi (dots per inch)
Includes a Web Application mode for customizing scanner applications.
Includes four USB 2.0 high-speed ports for scanning to USB memory.
Supports the LDAPS protocol, Ad hoc Fax and eMail Me functions, and
includes the latest Windows CE 6.0 Security Patch, and Arabian languages
on the UI (User Interface).
An optional Exchange Roller Kit is available for customer replacement.
Built-in network connectivity that supports 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet network
scanning.
Meets the ENERGY STAR guidelines for energy efficiency.

To send image files to a shared folder on a different segment of the network, or to a printer, the
supplied ScanFront Service software must be installed on a computer on the network.

The scan speed is based on internal testing, and may vary, depending on image file format selected.
