Try turning the power off and on.

Confirm that the memory card is inserted all the

way in. Also note that images may not be

detected in folders not based on standard file

and folder conventions for digital cameras, the

Design rule for Camera File system (Exif

compliant).

Place 18 or fewer sheets of paper in the paper

cassette (12 or fewer for Wide Size sheets).

Moreover, do not place more than 10 sheets of

printed paper on top of the paper cassette.
