Installing Mobile PhoneTools ASUS
Before connecting the mobile device to your PC, you need to install the
Mobile PhoneTools ASUS utility.
To install the Mobile PhoneTools ASUS on your hard drive, insert the CD-ROM
containing the program in the appropriate drive, and the installation process starts
automatically.
Should the installation program not start, execute the following instructions:
1.
From the Start menu (accessible from the task bar), select the Run command.
Select the drive that contains the CD or type D:Start (D: represents the CD-
.
ROM drive).

To run the file, click OK.
An installation wizard will guide you step-by-step through the installation process,
prompting for needed information. During the installation procedure, the Mobile
PhoneTools ASUS utility is copied onto your hard drive.
Depending on the operating system in your PC, when the installation process is
complete, the installation wizard may ask you to restart your computer so that all
system changes take effect.
The mobile PhoneTools ASUS utility group is then accessible from the Start menu
(from the task bar) and the
start the utility.
At the first launch, the utility automatically launches Live Update and checks for
any software updates.
