1. Download: ADB not found during reboot after flash image.
(1) Check the voltage of the power supply (4.2 V), and monitor the current when
power on key pressed down.
(2) Check both fixture pins' contact (T9613 & T9606)
(3) Open the device manager and test offline with a panel connected. If the panel
