Disinfectant cod. No. 4437.0360
Do not exceed 30 °C.
Rinsing and drying: remove residues of detergent and disinfectant solutions with plenty of clean running
water, then wipe dry. When the components are dry, the temperature of 60 °C must not be exceeded
6.2. RECHARGING
Air quality
Safety note: The air quality for respiratory protective devices must comply with EN 12021. Only charge
compressed air cylinders that:
1. Comply with national regulations.
2.Have the manufacturer's original test and marking dates.
3. Have not exceeded the expiry date printed on the cylinder by the last test station.
4.Refill to the pressure stamped on the cylinder.
Top-up procedure
1. Release the two Velcro straps holding the bottle in place inside the bag and remove the pressure
gauge in the slot of the protective foam, then remove the bottle from the bag (fig. 3).
2. Cut the plastic clamp off the end of the zip tie and remove it (fig. 9). Hold the particular steel V-
shape, the removal of which activates the air flow.
3. Note: The "V" locking shaft must be fitted with an O-ring to hold the clamp firmly in place. It is
possible that during exhaust, the shaft and/or O-ring may have been lost, in which case replace them
with new ones. Maintain these and the cylinder.
Push the black plastic plate and the piston connected to it into the activation equipment. If necessary,
rotate the shaft until the perpendicular hole in the shaft is in line with the hole in the black marked
face.
4. Insert the straight part of the "V" locking shaft with the O-ring through the two holes entering from
the side opposite the pressure gauge marked with the black paint (fig. 10 and 11) and, in any case, so
that it is inclined with respect to the cylinder shaft and aligned in the rack opening direction. Unscrew
the protective cap of the refill connector, which incorporates the acoustic signal (fig. 12) and connect
it to the EN 144-2 connector and tighten it by hand (fig. 13).
5. Charge the cylinder until the pressure gauge needle reaches the green section.
Note: recharging may cause a temperature rise resulting in an incomplete charge. It is recommended
to recharge at a rate of 27 bar/minute.
At room temperature, the pressure gauge needle should be within the "green" section. If necessary,
top up the charge again.
When the cylinder is fully charged, vent the pressure from the charging hose.
Remove the charging hose from the charging port and replace the white/whistle guard (fig.14).
Reassemble the unit by following steps 1 to 5 of the following section
