For safety reasons, it is recommended to fill up the tank with sand instead of

water. If a small leak develops, water might run, allowing the stand to fall over and

cause personal injury and /or death or property damage. Place the base on a smooth surface

only, away from any sharp objects that might be able to puncture it.
