D Place the base in the ceiling mount back box so that the marking on the backbox

(see Fig. 10., Pos. 1) coincides with the single guide−groove on the base (Pos. 5).

D Turn the base until the fastening screws are approximately in the middle of the long

slots (Pos. 2).

D Adjust the bases around this position until they appear in a line.

D Tighten the four screws.

FAA−500−SPRING for concrete and wooden ceiling

The standard spring inside the bases (see Fig. 10., Pos. 3) allows detector mounting

in false ceiling panels. For concrete and wooden ceiling, replace with the

FAA−500−SPRING with red marking (ordering information see section 6.2.).
