Slide the baking tray into the oven with the sloping edge facing

towards the oven door.

For moist cakes, pastries, frozen meals and large joints. It can also

be used to catch dripping fat when you are grilling directly on the

wire rack.

Slide the universal pan into the oven with the sloping edge facing

the oven door.

For roasting. Always place the wire rack in the universal pan. This

ensures that dripping fat and meat juices are collected.

Use for grilling instead of the wire rack or as a splatter guard, so
