your phone's music on the

"Da Fit" APP.

Alarm

Set up the alarm on the app, the

device will vibrate to remind on

time.

Stopwatch

Tap the start button on stopwatch

page to start timing, and tap the

stop button to stop timing.

Period

Turn on the "Physiological cycle

reminder" bu�on in the app and

set the relevant data, you could

check your period on the watch.
