* Recommended torque for 12-24 and M6 screws is 30 in-lb. (3.4 N-m).
Step 1 – Assembly of Vertical Rack Rails
Lay two vertical rack rails on the floor with flanges facing each other.

Position one extruded base angle and one extruded top angle on the vertical rack rails as shown in the

following figure.
Insert six 3/8 x 16 x 1" hex head bolts, 3/8 lock washers, and 3/8 hex nuts. Hand-tighten only.
3.
Repeat for second set of vertical rack rails.
