The digital inputs IN1 and IN2 have the following function:
Either trigger the analogue measurement on each rising or falling edge, then send the measured value
to the radio (Sigfox / LoRaWAN).
These inputs must be controlled by a voltage between 10V and 30V for an active state. The consumption
of these inputs is 30mA max at 30V and 10mA max at 10V.
