Cleaning and maintenance

 Always switch off the appliance, unplug

it from the electrical supply and allow it

to cool before cleaning.

 Wipe off any excess crumbs and oil left

on the appliance with a paper towel. Do

not

attempt

appliance for cleaning.

 Never immerse the appliance in water

or any other liquid. The appliance is not

dishwasher safe.

 Never use metal utensils on the

appliance as they will damage the non-

stick coating of the surface. Only use

plastic or wooden utensils.

 Wipe the top and bottom housing with

a soft, clean and damp cloth. Do not

attempt to clean with any abrasive

scouring pads or steel wool as this will

damage the finishing of the housing. Dry

thoroughly before storing.

 You can use the clip on the base stand

of the appliance to lock the plates in an

upright position for easier storage.

Simply place the plates in the upright

position and push the clip in to lock. Pull

the clip back out to unlock.

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Salt

 Sift the flour, baking powder and salt

into a bowl and add the sugar ensuring

you stir it thoroughly.

 In a different bowl whisk the milk and

eggs together, carefully, then add It to

the other ingredients.

 Add the mixture to the appliance and

cook for two and a half minutes,

before flipping and cooking for the

same amount of time on the other

side.

Note: The doughnuts will not have the

same texture as fried doughnuts, this is

due to the doughnuts being baked and

not fried.
