Notes on induction stoves:

– Induction stoves heat up at a faster rate than other types of

stove.

– Noises may be produced when pans are used on induction

stoves. These are caused by the electromagnetic properties

of induction stoves and induction crockery and do not

constitute a defect.

■

Never pour cold water into the pans when they are still hot.

This could cause the coat to rupture.

■

Only use suitable kitchen utensils (e. g. spatulas or cooking

spoons) preferably made of wood or plastic.

■

Do not allow the pans to drop or subject them to strong impacts.

Before Initial Use

1. Make sure that the product contents are complete (see "Prod-

uct Contents") and check for any damages from transport. If

you identify damages to the components, do not (!) use them,

instead contact the customer service centre.

2. Attach the handle to the pan (Ø 20 cm):

Removing / Attaching the Pan Handle

PLEASE NOTE!

■

CAUTION – Danger of burns! The pans become hot during

use. For this reason, be careful when removing or mounting

the pan handles.

•

The locking lug (B) on the handle must sit correctly in the ope-

ning (C) of the bracket. Fold the handle down. The handle must be

heard to engage in place.

– Place a spring ring and then a wash-

er onto the screw. Mount a connect-

ing piece on the pan and then the

handle on the connecting piece.

– Screw tighten the connecting piece

and the handle to the pan.

Tighten the handle screw if the

handle becomes loose at some

point.

Removing the pan handle: Re-

lease the catch (A) by pressing it

away from the pan with your thumb

(in the direction of the arrow; see

picture). Hold the catch pressed

down and as you do this remove the

handle up and away from the pan.

Attaching the pan handle: Place

the handle from above into the han-

dle bracket. Press the catch (A)

backwards with your thumb. Hold

the catch pressed down and as you

do this slide the handle to the pan.

Use

Choose a hob that suits the size of the pan.

1. Warm the pan up a little.

2. Pour fat into the empty pan and then select the required frying /

cooking temperature; this will prevent overheating.

3. Once the fat has spread evenly, add the food to be fried and

reduce the temperature.

4. Initially the food to be fried will stick to the pan, but after a few

seconds it will detach itself. Only then should you turn it and

ﬁ nish frying at a lower setting.

Cleaning and Storage

PLEASE NOTE!

CAUTION – Danger of burns! Allow the pans to cool down

completely before you clean them.

■

Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning

pads for cleaning. These could damage the surface.

•

Do not allow any leftover food to dry on in order to make clean-

ing easier. If there are still some caked residues: soak in hot

water before cleaning.

•

The pans without the detachable handles are dishwasher-safe.

However, repeated washing in the dishwasher may attack the

coating of the pans and have a detrimental effect on ﬁ ttings. It

is therefore recommended that the pans should be rinsed by

hand.

•

After cleaning you should dry all parts thoroughly.

•

Store the pans in a dry, clean place that is not accessible to

children and animals.

Disposal

Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally-

friendly manner and make it available for the recyclable

material collection-service. Also dispose of the products in

an environmental-friendly manner.
