BOIL-DRY PROTECTION FEATURE

Should you accidentally let the kettle operate without water, the boil-dry

protection feature will automatically switch off the power. If this occurs, allow

the kettle to cool down completely before re-use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE KETTLE

Always disconnect the kettle from the power outlet before cleaning.

Never immerse the kettle, power cord or power base in water, or allow

moisture to come to contact with them.

•

Wipe the outer side of the kettle with a damp cloth or a household

cleaner. Never use abrasive cleaners to clean the kettle.

CLEANING THE FILTER

Remember to clean the filter at regular intervals.

Ensure that the kettle is not connected to the

power supply and that it is not hot. The filter can

• To take the filter out:

Open the kettle. Push the top ridge of the filter down so that it is released

from the top of the kettle's spout. Take the filter out
