Set Personal Preferences
1.
Open your web browser and on the address bar, enter the
InterServer IP address. Click on User Login icon to access.
(Please consult your administrator for InterServer's IP address.)

Login with your extension number and password. (The default
password is blank.)

You may set personal preferences for Button Mapping, Speed
Dial, Answer Option, Mailbox, Notification, Distribution List
and Password.
Set Call Forward
You may set call forward destination for all calls or when busy or ring-no-answer from the admin web site.
On IP phone, you may set Forward All Calls. Press the function code #44+destination number+# to
enable. Press #44# to disable.
On IP590, you can set Direct Call Forward. Press Menu and select D CFWD setting. Press Edit and input the
destination. When necessary, press the D CFWD line button to forward calls to your pre-defined number.
Note: To change the IP settings or password of your IP phone, press and hold the Menu button for 3 seconds and then input your password.
(The default password is blank.) Do not change these settings unless required by your administrator.
Phone Book
The Phone Book syncs with your personal speed dial automatically. You may edit your speed dial from the
admin web site. Notice when creating entries for outgoing calls, remember to include your CO line access
code (e.g. 0xxxxxxxx)

Call Pickup CO Line

Call Pickup Group
Call Hold
Displays information such as extension number, name, time, call status, caller
ID, number of new messages, missed calls, forward destination and others.
Press Menu to check call history and phone book. Use Menu arrow keys to scroll
through items. Press Menu again to enter the selected item.
Press and hold Menu for 3 seconds to access setup mode. Use Menu arrow keys
to scroll through. Press Menu again to edit or save.
Increases or decrease the volume of handset, headset, or speakerphone.
Increases or decreases the ringer volume.
Press soft keys to access Menu, adjust volume or enter Phone Book.

Press Line buttons ( L2-L4 ) to select displayed features.

In Menu option or phone book, use Line buttons ( L1-L4 ) or arrow soft keys to

select items or scroll pages.
Can be programmed as CO lines, extensions, groups or other functions such as
conference, record, login and logout through Button Mapping.
When defined as CO lines or extensions, the LED displays different colors to
indicate different status:
[ No light ]
The line is available.
[ Steady green ]
The line is in use. ( off-hook or busy )
[ Flashing amber ]
[ Flashing red ]
The line is on hold.
Press to make an internal call. When flashing, it indicates an incoming call from
another extension.
When lit, it indicates you have new messages. Press to access Voice Mailbox.
When selected, the phone answers calls automatically.
Press to activate Do-Not-Disturb function. Callers will be forwarded to your
Ring-No-Answer setting.
During a call, press to turn off your microphone. Callers will not hear your voice.
To receive or make calls without using the handset.
Hands-free dialing.
Press to redial the last external number you called.
Press to hold a call, or press again to retrieve the call.
During a call, press to transfer a call to another extension. Or press again to
retrieve the call.
Press to initiate a conference call with parties who are on hold.
During a call, press to record the call. When on-hook, press to play recordings.
