My lifter doesn't raise my handset high enough?
Check that when the headset is activated, the
handset lifter is raising the handset off the hook
switch. If the lifter height needs raising, you can
change this with the slide switch (9 on diagram), to
either position 2 or 3.
When my telephone rings, I do not hear the ring
indicator in my headset?
Ensure the line cable from the handset lifter is fully
plugged into the correct port on your cordless
headset's base unit.
Additionally, the ring volume on your telephone
may need increasing to enable the microphone
sensor to recognize the ringtone.
The lifter does not lift my telephone handset?
Manually lift the handset off the telephone base
and press your headset button. If you cannot hear
a dial tone, then check all connections on both
units and also your headset configuration.
