1. Your Pressure Washer is Pre-Plumbed and Garden
Hose ready. Simply run your Garden Hose from
the Water Supply Outlet to the female Garden
Hose fitting on the pump. 3/4" Garden Hose is
recommended. (Fig. 1)

IMPORTANT
should not exceed 60 PSI.
Set Up & Operation
1. Place unit on a level surface in a manner to permit
even oil flow.
2. While holding the Trigger Gun open, start the
system. All units are tested at production and
pressure should come up to specifications. When
Trigger Gun is closed Unloader will bypass flow
back to the inlet of the pump. The Gauge should
read 0 PSI when in bypass mode.
Leaving pump in bypass mode for
CAUTION
more than a few minutes can damage
pump due to friction heat buildup.
3. The Pressure can be adjusted by turning the
handle on the Regulating Unloader Valve. (Fig. 2)
Do not exceed the
CAUTION
Pressure Rating of the pump.
4. Set your Soap Container next to the Pressure
Washer and insert Chemical Suction with Stainer
into the container.
5. Adjust the Chemical Metering Knob out (counter-
clockwise) to increase the soap rate or in
(clockwise) to decrease the soap rate. Turning the
Metering Knob all the way in will turn of flow of
chemical. (Fig. 3)
6. Turn high/low nozzle to its ON position. With unit
running, squeeze Trigger Wand until soap flows
out of nozzle. (Fig. 4)
