*Prior to assembly, store all components in a cool, dry place away from direct contact with the ground, sunlight or moisture.
*When selecting the location for your Summer House, ensure that it is a levelled surface and will not be subjected to extreme
weather conditions. If your summer house is in an isolated area where strong winds often occur, ground anchors should be
attached to the summer house and into the subsoil or foundations.
The nature of wood:
The wood provided with your Summer House is a soft wood that has been kiln dried and is untreated.
Wood is a natural product that may have knots, knotholes, imperfections, cracks and warping.
Due to the inherent peculiarities of wood we make no guarantees with regards to the above, nor will we be able to replace
any timber for any of the following:
Any timber that has been treated, painted or stained by the purchaser.
Any timber that contains knots where they do not influence the structural stability of the Summer House.
Cosmetic appearances - colour variations caused by the structure or age of the timber.
Timber that has shakes, cracks or gaps that do not influence the structural strength of the Summer House.
Twisted timber that can still be installed by a competent person.
Queries arising from a neglectful manner of construction, be it foundational or during/ due to the erection of the Summer
House.
Queries due to modifications by the owner, causing timber to deform.

PREPARATION FOR ASSEMBLY

To assemble your new Summer House, you will need:
Two people (minimum), rubber mallet, hammer, drill with drill bits, ladder, spirit level and a measuring tape. As a
precautionary measure, protective gloves can be worn.
All valid queries will be dealt with by the exchange or replacement of the defective parts only

Please pre-drill all holes prior to fixing!
