Wine dispenser does not work the unit will not switch

Is there an electric current failure?

Is the plug in the socket?

Is the cord damaged?

Taste of the wine is changed.

Is the wine under the pressure of argon?

Does the rubber closure adjusts properly against

the bottle hole?

Cooling is not sufficient. Wine is not cold enough

Open and close the doors too frequently?

Is the door closing correctly?

Are the ventilation grids covered up?

Is temperature switched on correctly?

Wine is too cold

Raise the temperature setting.

Turn heating on in room or move your wine dispenser to a warmer place.

Cooling machine in the unit will get on more

frequently and it remains on a longer time.

Is the door closed well?

The door of the wine dispenser is opened frequently or has it been opened for

a long period of time?

Are the ventilation holes covered up? Remove the cover.

Ambient temperature is very high.

Frost showing

Is there too much humidity?

Is the ambient temperature too low?

Check if the rubber closures are in perfect conditions so as the door closes

The door doesn't close correctly

Level the appliance using the levelling legs.

Make sure all wine bottles are properly displayed.
