failures
high Temperature
alarm
Frequent high
system pressure
alarm
Evaporator-frozen
alarm
Compressor can't
run
Internal fan can't
run
Possible reasons
The sensor has not been
connected correctly
damaged
The sensor is
The condenser or evaporator is
dirty and blocked
Refrigerating capacity isn't
enough
The temperature setting is fault
The condenser or evaporator is
dirty and blocked
External fan is fault
Condenser temperature sensor
wrongly sends alarm
Internal cycling path is blocked
Internal fan is fault
Refrigerating system can't stop
Evaporator temperature sensor
wrongly sends alarm
There is no cooling demand
Within shutdown delay
Compressor line has not been
connected correctly
Compressor protect switch or
motor is fault
Internal fan is fault
Internal fan line has not been
connected correctly
External fan is stuck
Fault handling
Check the circuit connectors, and connect it again
Change the sensor
Clean the condenser or evaporator
Please consult usability professional
Set the temperature again
Clean the condenser or evaporator
Change the fan
Change the condenser temperature sensor
Check if there are block to stick the internal
cycling path
Maintain or change it
Check if the air-conditioner reaches the
refrigeration stop conditions but the actual status
doesn't stop, if yes, inform the AC maker to deal
with it.
Change the evaporator temperature sensor
Check if refrigeration is not needed
Check if compressor is protected
Check the compressor line, and connect it again
Check if compressor protect switch is ok, and
change compressor protect switch if fault; if motor
is fault, change the compressor
Change the fan
Check the Internal fan line, and connect it again
Check if there are block to stick the fan or not, and
clear the block
