PREPARATION

COMPONENTS
• (1) Push frame
• (1) Straight interceptor kit
• (1) Rubber blade
• (1) Aluminum blade
• (2) Skid brackets
• (2) Slide hinges
• (2) Blade markers
• (1) Quick pin set
• (1) Set collar
• (4) 1/4"-20 x 1-1/2" Carriage bolts
• (4) 3/8"-16 x 3/4" Hex bolts
• (4) 3/8" Flat washers
• (4) 3/8"-16 Square nuts
• (4) 1/4" Flat washers
• (4) 1/4" Lock washers
• (4) 1/4"-20 Hex nuts
• (6) 3/8"-16 x 1" Hex bolts with washers
• (2) 1/2"-13 x 4" Hex bolts
• (2) 1/2"-13 Hex nuts
• (1) 5/8" x 3" Receiver pin
• (1) Hair pin
• (4) 1/2" Flat washers
NOTE: Prior to plow assembly, park vehicle on level grade. Measure clearance under
existing 2" rear receiver, for best results receiver should be 8-14" above grade.
CAUTION: Over torquing hardware may damage components.

TOOLS NEEDED
• Drill with 5/16" bit
• 9/16" Socket with ratchet or impact
driver/wrench
• (2) 3/4" Box wrenches
• 3/16" Hex key
• Ft-lbs Torque wrench with extension
socket
• Protective eyewear
• #3 Phillips driver bit
